Nice video. Zoho has a pretty decent office package. And their CRM isn’t bad either. What I don’t like is the price model. Sometimes i feel nick and dimed. It will be interesting to see what happens as Microsoft’s new office 365 tries to compete on price with Zoho and Google. Should be an interesting next 12 months!
